According to HPC Support Policy you are requested to open a problem ticket at the Technion Service Portal

1) Upon entering Service Portal, press Submit Incident button

2) On Submit Incident page please select the category Division of Computing and Information Systems

3) Please select sub-category HPC CPU Cluster or HPC GPU Cluster according to hardware you use

4) Please select third level category according to the subject of your query

5) Continue by filling the rest of the fields and conclude by pressing Submit button
