Zeus cluster software
- System software
The Zeus cluster is based on Rocky 8. Many default packages and compilers come with the operation system. Some additional packages and compilers were installed and are maintained by the HPC Team.
- User software
Users are welcome to install any software they require into their home directories. In case this software should be available to users in the group, please contact the HPC Team which will copy the installed package to the common folder /usr/local.
To list the default Rocky 8 packages and compilers you may type: rpm -qa
To list the additional central packages and compilers you may type: ls -l /usr/local
