Guidelines for setting up the Autenticator app after replacing a mobile phone

When you change your phone, the Authenticator app is still associated with the account on your old device.

You must delete your account on your old device before switching to your new device.

If logging in on your new device still doesn’t work, contact support and attach a copy of your ID to reset your account in the app.

After the reset, follow the steps in the MFA instructions for the user to reconnect the account.
