The Technion CIS Division provides comprehensive computing services to the academic and administrative staff and to the students, along with the rapid technological developments in the field.
Technical Support Center:
The Technical Support Center provides an initial response to the computing needs of all Technion users (staff and students) on a variety of computing topics. If necessary, the Support Center will refer the call to the relevant professionals in the CIS Division.
Activity Hours and Contact Information:
The CIS Division Technical Support Center is at work Sunday to Thursday 07:30-19:30. There is a User Helpdesk System on the Support Center site, for users to open calls.

Assistance in setting up your Technion email and correcting attendance reports will be provided at the Support Center between 13:00-14:00 by appointment only.
Arrival must be coordinated by using the bookme system at this link.
Frontal assistance is currently limited to the following topics:
- Self-service for employees (attendance portal).
- Off-campus login (password generator).
- Setting up the Technion calendar on mobile phones.

Using TeamViewer software:
The Support Center uses the TeamViewer sharing software, which enables the Support Center to view the user's computer and assist them in solving the problem.
