Login to the portal system is done using the uniform identification information.
A “User Authentication Failed” error when attempting to connect can occur when:
- The entered username and/or password is incorrect. The data must be restored or updated by using the Computer Account Management page .
- Permissions to the system were revoked after moving between dormitories or leaving them:
- Students who have moved dormitories must renew their application on the form on the security website.
- Students who no longer live in dormitories are not eligible for permission renewal.
