Students who are residents of undergraduate dormitories only may issue permits for the entry of vehicles between 16:00 and 07:00 the next day only, and according to the following quotas:

• Up to 2 certifications per day.
• Up to 5 approvals per week.
• Up to 20 approvals per month.
