User or password not recognized:

(1) Make sure you have entered your login details correctly:

Undergraduate students: UserName@campus.technion.ac.il

Graduate students and faculty: UserName@technion.ac.il

Technion alumni: UserName@alumni.technion.ac.il

(2) Make sure you have entered your personal password correctly.

You can verify your password by logging in to any other online Technion service that uses uniform identification information.

(3) If you entered your login details (username and password) correctly and still receive this error, please contact the Faculty Engineer .

Password expired:

You can’t update your password using the cloud services site.

(1) The personal password (“uniform identification“) must be updated on the computer account management website of the CIS Division.

(2) The login to the email will be available 30 minutes after the password is updated.
