Several possible causes:
*The employee requested corrections of hours only, the manager searches for the requests in the wrong tab (closure of the month or absence), go to the tab that corresponds to the request.
*The admin did not click “refresh”, the system does not refresh alone, tap “refresh” to keep up to date with the new requests.
* The employee does not appear on the employee’s staff list, check the staff list to see if the employee is present, and check the employee’s request to see who the approving entity appears in the request. If the supervisor is incorrect, it is necessary to contact human resources to correct the organizational structure.
* The employee did not properly submit the report – submitted the report with errors, the employee’s report must be corrected and resubmitted.
*Server delay – the server is slow or down, today it no longer needs to appear.
