If you try to log in to the portal and you don’t see the “Employee Self-Service” tab, please check the sections below:
- The employee self-service tab should not appear until the day after the HR account setup.
- Do I use IE?
- Do you enter the right site: portal.technion.ac.il and not portalex.technion.ac.il ?
- Is the portal site configured in IE in compatibility mode?
If this is correct, open a service ticket on the support site and the support team will check the issue.
