If you’re having trouble running Mathematica
(Request to extend or revalidate activation key),
Please follow the instructions below:

To revalidate the activation keys assigned to you

1) Login to your Wolfram User Portal account, which can be easily opened with your Technion email account
2) Click on the words highlighted in red in your license name:
-Researchers
Mathematica Unlimited Site 3324-4724

-Students-
Mathematica Student Unlimited Site 3209-0499

3) Scroll the page to where the activation keys are listed
4) You will find a red button on the right that says “request extension”
Click on this button.
5) You will now be emailed validation link
When you click on the above link, the activation key will be revalidated

Alternatively, Return to the SOFTWARE STORE to get the new and updated license key.
