Here are the cases:
-
The problem: The employee claims that the system does not receive the password he enters on the password renewal screen.
The case: an employee logs in for the first time.
Solution: Verify with the employee that the password they enter contains a small character in English, a large character in English, at least one number, and a special symbol such as an exclamation point. The total password should be 10 characters.
-
The problem: the employee clicks on the link he received in the email in order to enter the system, and then directly the system takes the employee to the screen on which appears the following pop-up “You are not allowed to view the list of forms”.
The case: the employee enters the system not for the first time.
Solution: Ask the employee to enter the email in a hidden browser and log in from the hidden browser. The reason for the problem is that many times the browser stores a history of users, so when entering the K2 system, another unauthorized user is identified.
-
The problem: An employee logs into the LOGIN screen and reports that the system is not signing it in because a username or password is incorrect.
The case: the employee enters the LOGIN screen for the first time, or after resetting a password.
Solution: Many times users copy the password they received in the email with unnecessary space. It is necessary to make sure with the employee that he does not copy the password with unnecessary space.
-
The problem: The employee opens the PDF forms and can’t download the files to their computer.
The case: the employee is on their form list screen.
Solution: Ask the employee to try to log in from different browsers, for example EDGE and Firefox or from a hidden Chrome browser, and if that still doesn’t help, try another computer. Sometimes some computers have a browser extension or computer that blocks pop-ups, so try to log in in the ways mentioned in the guide.
