CIS Division Support Center
The CIS Division Support Center provides the entire campus with a primary response -
personal response, support, characterization and routing of the problems to the appropriate specialist.
The support center is active Sunday - Thursday between the hours 07:30 to 19:30.
To open a service call:
Frontal assistance can be coordinated on Sundays through Thursdays 13:00 - 14:00
Please note! Frontal assistance is currently restricted to the following issues:
- Self-service for employees (attendance portal).
- Login from outside the campus (password generator).
- Setting up the Technion calendar on mobile phones.
Location of the Support Center: The Senate building, 2nd floor, room 203.
Please arrive only after a training meeting is coordinated using this link.
Support center for communication problems (only) is active Sunday - Thursday 15:30 to 19:30 by phone 04-8295611
19:30 to 06:00 and on weekends, in case of an emergency, please call the security support center, staffed 24x7, at phone 04-8292222
