The Users' Support for Scientific Software Group provides assistance to the Academic staff, the graduate students, and the administrative staff. We provide support to a great number of software products, running on various operating systems.
The assistance starts with the acquisition, distribution and installation of the products. We check the software before its distribution, write installation instructions, and point out the enhancements that new versions offer versus the previous versions and releases of the same products.
To some of the products, we offer professional support and advice in workshops for groups of users, and as personal counsel for individual users.
The users may ask for assistance via the Helpdesk system (select: אגף מחשוב ומערכות מידע –> התקנה, יעוץ וכו) or by contacting the advisers directly by phone or by e-mail.
