File -> Info -> Account Setting -> Account settings
Incoming mail server: tx.technion.ac.il
Outgoing mail server: roger.technion.ac.il
More Settings -> Outgoing Server
(v) My outgoing server requires authentication
Log on using (tx account and password)
User Name:
Password:
Advanced ->
Outgoing server (SMTP) - 587
Use the following type of encrypted connection -> TLS
OK -> Next -> Finish

Outlook 2013

File -> Info -> Account Setting -> Account settings

TunderBird

In the main menu, choose Options and Account Settings
In Account Action, choose Add Mail Account
Enter your details – Name, Email address, Password and click Continue
Choose Manual config and click on it
Incoming Server – IMAP, tx.technion.ac.il, port 143, STARTLS, Normal password
Outgoing Server – SMTP, roger.technion.ac.il, port 587, STARTLS, Normal password
Click on Done

Windows Mail

Home -> Options -> Email Accounts -> Properties
Servers -> Outgoing mail server: roger.technion.ac.il
(v) My server requires authentication -> Settings
Log on using:
Account name:
Password:
(v) Remember password
Advanced -> SMTP
Change the port number 25 -> 587
(v) This server requires a secure connection (SSL)
OK -> Close
